For neighbors

Requesting assistance online

When a conference enables online requests, neighbors can visit esvdp.org, enter their phone number, select their local conference, describe their needs, and submit — all without needing an account or login.

Managing cases and conference activity

Once logged in, members see a full dashboard with access to all platform modules — assistance, client records, finance, scheduling, and more. Each conference is its own isolated entity within the platform.
